A Milestone Achievement
In our inaugural year, TEDxMiramar achieved a milestone few events ever reach and certainly not first-time events, two of our talks were selected as TEDx Editor’s Picks by the official TED editorial team.
Each year, TED’s editors review thousands of TEDx talks from around the world, highlighting only a select few that exemplify the spirit of “ideas worth spreading.” To have not one, but two talks chosen in our debut year is an extraordinary honor and a testament to the quality of our curation, the passion of our speakers, and the strength of our community.
