CeCe Espeut

Executive Director
CeCe Espeut is a woman who wears many hats. She is a former US Marine, author, 2-time TEDx speaker, and 5-time Distinguished Toastmaster (#6 is loading). Above all else, CeCe is a woman-centered on three core values; God, Family, and Education.
CeCe holds a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida International University (FIU). When CeCe takes the stage as a speaker, her passion for her work is evident. She speaks about Imposter Syndrome, Storytelling, and 2nd Chances - topics that may not seem to be related but all deal with the stories we tell ourselves and our beliefs. With humor and candor, she draws from her own experiences to deliver messages of hope and resilience.
CeCe has been associated with the TEDx brand since 2015 when she first volunteered with TEDxBocaRaton
CeCe is not only funny, but she uses her charm & wit to disarm people and then deliver deep life lessons regarding reinventing ones-self after being in prison, that prison being either a mindset or a correctional facility.
Scientists work hard to complete research, catalog their findings, and share their results with the world. They are often unaware of how best to craft the narrative of their work for its impact to be fully realized.
